Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data M.S. Project Zeus collects, why, how long we keep it and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cypriot data protection law.
Who we are
M.S. Project Zeus is the trading name of M. S. PROJECT ZEUS CY LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (company no. HE 430641), based in Paphos, Cyprus. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect
- Discovery form. When you fill in our discovery form we receive your name, email address, business details and anything you choose to tell us. The form is hosted by Google Forms.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp. When you contact us we receive your contact details and the content of your messages.
- Client work. When we work together we hold contact and billing details, and any information you share with us for the project.
- Website visits. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, in server logs used for security and fault-finding.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. See our cookie policy.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- To deliver our services and invoice you: performance of our contract with you.
- To keep accounting and tax records: our legal obligations under Cypriot law.
- To keep this website secure: our legitimate interest in protecting the site and its visitors.
- Marketing emails: we only send these with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Fonts loaded from Google
This website uses Google Fonts. To show the fonts, your browser connects to Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address. Google states that the Fonts service does not set cookies. We use it on the basis of our legitimate interest in presenting the site consistently.
Our YouTube video
Our homepage includes a video hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video plays in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:
- Google (Google Forms and email)
- Meta (WhatsApp messages)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Our accountant and professional advisers
- Public authorities, where the law requires it
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers, such as Google, Meta and Vercel, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client records: for the length of our work together, then for as long as Cypriot tax and accounting law requires.
- Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email projectzeuscy@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus at dataprotection.gov.cy.
Security
We protect your data with secure, password-protected accounts and two-factor authentication where available, and we limit access to the people who need it.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will update this page if how we use personal data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
